The Member agrees to pay the following programme fee. This payment is made through Trainerize Pay (powered by Stripe) for the following programmes, with details supplied to Be Inspired Coaching:

1. Be Inspired Coach Conor
2. Be Inspired Coach Sim

The client understands and acknowledges that the payment for the full programme entitles the client to everything to the matching programme description in the ‘Online Training’ tab.

Client Commitment:

The Client agrees to commit to each month with the following conditions:

• 3 x completed and tracked workouts per week at a minimum.
• Weekly check-ins and interaction.
• Living by the Programme Code.
• Completion of an initial consultation.
• Weekly checkins (via the app) in order to measure and record results, including photos and stats.

Fees & Payment:

The client confirms their payment of the desired programme is processed to secure their spot in the Programme.

Our Guarantee:

1. When you complete the first 30 days of any of the programmes, and you’ve followed everything that we’ve suggested and are unhappy with the results, then you can request a refund (no questions asked), a cancellation of the current subscription will be processed.
2. If you don’t follow anything and lack communication then no refund will be provided.
3. If you want to upgrade or downgrade the programme at anytime then this will be automatically accepted.
4. You may cancel at anytime (see below section).

Member Access

This membership grants you access to our online community and training coaching platform for the duration of the programme, unless this is terminated during.

Pauses & Suspension

This membership cannot be extended and no suspensions/pauses will be allowed.

However, if for some reason you get an illness during one of the programmes, you are entitled to pause the programme until you have fully recovered.

Indemnification

This membership agreement serves as a liability release, pursuant to which the Member agrees to indemnify and hold Be Inspired Coaching harmless against any and all claims of loss or damage without limitation.

Programme Rules & Participation

The member hereby agrees to abide by all posted safety guidelines and regulations while participating in Be Inspired Coaching programmes.
Additionally, the member agrees to dress and conduct themselves in a manner deemed appropriate for a fitness programme.
The member shall not consume drugs, alcohol, or tobacco products, nor be under the influence of such products while participating in the fitness programmes. But we do however coach you on helping you through this.

The member agrees to allow Be Inspired Coaching to use photographs and video footage of them supplied and posted to Be Inspired Coaching social media’s and the various software platforms included in the programme, to be used for marketing materials.

Be Inspired Coaching reserves the right to revoke the member’s access if these terms are violated.

Programme Cancellation

This programme may be cancelled by providing written notice, by email, at: info@beinspiredcoaching.co.uk. There are no refunds for this programme if it is not completed or cancelled. Current subscriptions will be cancelled, and no further payments will be made.

Waiver

The client shall not, at any time, be obliged to act on any information, suggestion, advice or guidance given by Be Inspired Coaching as part of The Programme, but if and to the extent that it does so, it shall do so at their own risk.

The client hereby unconditionally and irrevocably waives any rights of action it may have as against Be Inspired Coaching in relation to any such information, suggestions, advice or guidance.

The client is advised to take independent appropriate professional advice before acting on such advice given within the Programme.

Binding Law

This programme terms shall be considered binding upon the Member and Be Inspired Coaching, and shall be upheld and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal proceedings related to these terms shall take place in courts located in Manchester, UK.

By participating in one of our programmes, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its Terms & Conditions.
